Meet our Head Chef: Michael Rios

His culinary career began as a kid, where he would sell baked goods at school. This quickly became popular between students and teachers. It was then where he realized he had a talent and love for culinary artistry. Throughout high school , Michael competed in cooking competitions, where his name grew along with his accolades. Michael's culinary portfolio ranges from his Latin and Southeast Asian upbringing with also classically French training, rounding out his culinary expertise. He has a love for seafood, and all wild game. In the past couple years, Michael has led kitchens in Fort Worth, Texas that have won "Best Vietnamese", "Best New Restaurant" while also recently winning, "Rising Star Chef of the Year", in 2024.
